The Rawlins Public Works Department is made up of seven operating divisions each headed by a division superintendent. Some divisions are further subdivided depending on need or specialty.

CENTRAL SHOP DIVISION: Ron Wrigley, Superintendent (307-328-4563). Responsible for maintenance on all City equipment and rolling stock.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DIVISION: Don Brinkman, Superintendent (307-328-4599). Responsible for maintenance on all City facilities. Also responsible for safety.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE DIVISION: John Medina, Superintendent (307-328-4507). Responsible for maintenance of the cemetery, parks, ball fields, green belt areas and arborist activities. Also responsible for Rawlins Recycling Center.

SOLID WASTE DIVISION: Don Cuin, Superintendent (307-328-4566). Responsible for City-owned landfill/balefill.

STREETS DIVISION: Moises Avila, Superintendent (307-328-4560). Responsible for maintenance of all City streets and alleys including paving, snow removal, sanding, and sweeping.
