| A RESOLUTION AMENDING FEE STRUCTURE. | |||||||||
| WHEREAS, Rawlins City Ordinance require that fees be set by resolution; and | |||||||||
| WHEREAS, the City of Rawlins has adopted Ordinance No. 08a-2008 listing a schedule of fees | |||||||||
| to be attached in an appendix to the Rawlins Municipal Code as Appendix "A Fees"; and | |||||||||
| WHEREAS, the City Council and City staff through work session have developed a schedule of | |||||||||
| fees; and | |||||||||
| WHEREAS, from time to time there is a need to review and amend fees; and | |||||||||
| WHEREAS, all other fees in Appendix "A Fees" shall remain the same. | |||||||||
| NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF RAWLINS, | |||||||||
| that the amended fee schedule shall be updated as follows in the Rawlins Municipal Code | |||||||||
| Appendix "A Fees", effective March 18, 2010. | |||||||||
